Dr Therese Wales

Dr Wales is a very experienced GP who has worked in General Practice for over 20 years. She worked in the Greenwich Village Medical Practice for 26 years and was the owner for 17 years.
Dr Wales graduated from Sydney University with a first class honours degree (MBBS). She also has an Honours Degree in Psychology (ANU) and has studied Paediatrics and Geriatrics in the UK. She has excellent connections with Specialists and Allied Health Services on the lower North Shore.
Dr Wales believes in holistic care – caring for the entire patient and sees patients of all descriptions. She enjoys building good rapport and understanding patient needs.
Dr Wales enjoys all aspects of General Practice, particularly chronic disease management, women’s health, men’s health, paediatrics, mental health, nutrition, fitness and encouraging good physical and mental health practices.
Dr Wales has two adult daughters and in her spare time enjoys bush-walking, mountain biking, kayaking, Yoga, Pilates, movies, books, music and drawing.

Consultation Fees
Fees will vary depending on time spent with the Doctor, type of appointment and other factors. Some appointments may be Bulk Billed at the Doctor’s discretion.
- Standard Consultation: $95 with a rebate of $41.40
- Long Consultations:
$150 with a rebate of $80.10
